Mit diesem Editor ist es mglich von EXE-Dateien unabhngige Ressource-Dateien zu erstellen, welche von jedem beliebigen Projekt ber eine DLL-Datei zur Laufzeit gelesen werden knnen. So knnen beispielsweise auch mehrsprachige Anwendungen erstellt werden. Aber nicht nur Zeichenfolgen, sondern auch Bilder und jede Art von anderen Dateien knnen in den Ressource-Dateien gespeichert und zur Laufzeit eingebunden werden. Bei der Installation des Editors wird zustzlich ein VB 6 - Beispielprojekt mit installiert, in welchem der Umgang mit der DLL-Datei erklrt wird. Das Einlesen der Ressource-Daten wurde zwar lediglich aus VB 6 - Projekten getestet; es sollte jedoch auch problemlos mit anderen Programmiersprachen funktionieren.
