Tritex Accounting is a multiuser software package designed for everyday accounting tasks. It supplies a predefined Chart of Accounts, leaving you to enter vendors, customers, and sales and invoice procedures with the help of the readme file and the on-line help. Import/export of data is available, and a user-friendly setup allows multiple data formats to be accessed through existing MS Access?interfaces. Security lets you assign login usernames and passwords for all personnel with access to the system. Combined with system preferences, the password then defines which menus and information will be available to users. Data is linked throughout this accounting system so that your financial status is always readily available. Reports and graphs provide quick analysis of your information, and an on-line, context-sensitive help file provides support, including keyword searches. This program has been thoroughly tested and is 100% Y2K-compliant. To register, obtain the Distribution Date, Serial No. and Hardware ID from the Help menu in each station. The upgrade to 5.0 provides several additions, including Point of Sale, Bar Code, Cash Registers, Repetitive Billing, Help file table of contents, and a Menu Find feature, which helps the user to locate a procedure, given a keyword anywhere in the procedure name.
