Apple`s new cylinder-shaped Mac Pro finally goes on sale

It is finally here, even though it is certainly late. After months of anticipation, hi-end uses can now lay their paws on Apple`s new cylinder-shaped marvel-of-a-computer Mac Pro.
The uniquely-shaped desktop machine became available to order just today through Apple`s online store.
Two model-series are available: a quad-core and a six-core one. The quad-core computer starts at $3,000 while the six-core one at a higher $4,000.
Apple says shipping of the new Mac Pro will be by December 30th for machines ordered today.
Your $3,000 buy you the quad-core base model with a 3.7GHz quad-core Xeon CPU, 12GB DRAM, two AMD FirePro D300 GPUs, and a 256GB SSD.
In case your power needs are ultra-high though, you can instead choose to configure your Mac Pro with the maximum options available at which point you can expect to pay cool $10,000.
We certainly don`t think many will opt for that though, given just how powerful even the base model is, yet in case you will order that maxed out Mac Pro, don`t forget your $10,000 don`t even buy you an Apple mouse and keyboard along with the computer; now, are we cheap, or Apple is rather stingy?!...
