To be fair, Japan IS a completely different timezone and it could`ve been buried under millions of other things they were tagged in.
Nevertheless we have always been supported by games with language localized in European Portuguese. You don`t find that kind of support in Xbox. In the end I prefer the support that has given all its fans. Viva a Playstation

I got response from Sony devs but never from PlayStation. Got a few on the PS blog. I dont really comment on Xbox feeds because of fanboys. But its good they interact with the people.
Yeah, PS is managed more as a corporate account. One good thing about it is that you don`t get to see so many spam messages imo

I actually really prefer the way the main account is run focusing more on professionalism, while the smaller regional accounts like and interact a lot more with fans. Also, lots of PS Studios interact with fans.
Xbox PR is miles ahead of PlayStation. Although I think Cory Balrog is very good at interacting with God of War fans.
I think it depends on who handles their accounts, take insomniacs account, firesprite...they interact pretty well.
Yeah their social media team ramped up when the gamepass twitter started getting popular. It worked out for them.

Yeah playstation does some reply to anyone, I mean people can say whatever they want about xbox,.. But their community management And their social accounts are more.. Social About all things gaming.
Playstation Latam or UK do interact more but the main account I dont think Ive ever seen them reply to a single tweet.
PlayStation has High Ego and I like it from a point , but I can also understand you its cool to get a message from them
