Ihre Mitarbeiter koennen die Daten dieser Programme lesen ohne diese veraendern zu koennen. Der Afinion Project-Viewer(APV) stellt die Ansichten aus MS Project automatisch dar. Ebenso konnen Filter genutzt werden. Autofilter stehen ebenfalls zur Verfugung. Der Viewer kann als Programm oder als Dienst genutzt werden. APV laeuft mit Windows, Mac OS X, Linux und Unix. APV ermoeglicht Ihnen schon im Startdialog auszuwaehlen, ob Sie ein Projekt komplett, die Taetigkeiten einer Ressource in einem Projekt oder alle Vorgaenge einer Ressource in allen hinterlegten Projekten angezeigt haben moechten. Der Mitarbeiter kann die Taetigkeiten, die einer Ressource zugeordnet sind, direkt in seinen Outlook Aufgaben Ordner eintragen. APV unterstuetzt alle gaengigen MS Project Versionen (98, 2000,2002, 2003, 2007). APV arbeitet auch mit den Datenbankversionen fuer MS Project (Microsoft Project Server, SQL-Server, Afinion Smart Project Server und MS Access). Somit ist die Verwaltung einfach und schnell. Sie koennen den Plan in den Formaten A4-A0 ausdrucken. Die Zeiterfassung erlaubt eine direkte Auswertung der Soll- und Ist-Stunden durch den Projektleiter in MS Project. Ebenso koennen Taetigkeiten gesperrt oder fuer alle freigegeben werden, je nach Bedarf. Das Firmenlogo kann eingebunden und ausgedruckt werden. Der Startbildschirm ist frei konfigurierbar. Eine bestehende Java Runtime kann genutzt werden. Auch das XML-Format von Microsoft Project kann verwendet werden. Sprachen: Deutsch, Englisch, Franzosisch, Italienisch, Spanisch, Niederlandisch, Chinesisch. Das Datumsformat kann selbst gewahlt werden, ebenso kann das Menu durch den Administrator konfiguriert werden. Es steht auch ein Server-Modus zur Verfugung, so dass der Viewer auch bei fehlenden Schreibrechten in das Programmverzeichnis gestellt werden kann.
