Diese Dokumentation wird "Offentliches Verfahrensverzeichnis (OVv)" genannt. Unsere kostenlose Software OVv-Assistent hilft Ihnen, das offentliche Verfahrensverzeichnis schnell und einfach zu erstellen. Sie werden von dem Programm durch die Erstellung des OVv gefuhrt mit Vorlagen fur viele Angaben unterstutzt. Auch wenn das Unternehmen nicht verpflichtet ist einen betrieblichen Datenschutzbeauftragten zu bestellen, besteht die Pflicht das offentliche Verfahrensverzeichnis Jedermann auf Antrag in geeigneter Weise zur Verfugung zu stellen. Das Programm benotigt das .NET Framework von Microsoft.
